President Trump Approves Historic Spending Bill for Quantum Jet Propulsion Initiative

MAR-A-LAGO, FL – In a monumental leap for American aerospace supremacy, President Donald J. Trump has officially signed the Quantum Defense and Propulsion Act (QDPA)—a multi-billion dollar federal investment into the development and deployment of the revolutionary Quantum Harmonic Photonic Jet Funnel Engine.

“This engine is not just fast—it’s the future. It’s American brilliance, American physics, and American power—all coming together to take us where no nation has gone before,” President Trump declared during the announcement ceremony held at Mar-a-Lago. “We don’t just want to fly faster. We want to arrive. Instantaneously. That’s what this does. And we’re going to lead the world with it.”

Developed under the codename Project Quantum Flame, the engine operates on a radical new principle: by splitting matter into its quantum components—light, sound, time, and space—and reassembling them at will, the system bypasses the need for traditional combustion-based thrust. Instead, it enables what scientists are calling Directional Emergence—an approach that promises travel speeds approaching the limits of theoretical physics.

The core of the technology consists of two new systems:

• The Quantum Emergence Chill Funnel – which cools and decomposes atmospheric elements into pre-matter phase states;
• The Quantum Remergence Kinetic Spindle – which recombines these elements into high-velocity, reconstituted motion.

“This is warp theory brought to life,” said General Kain Wexley, U.S. Aerospace Command Liaison and project overseer. “And the President’s approval means we can move forward without delay. The age of combustion ends here.”

With bipartisan backing under classified defense appropriations, the QDPA will direct funds to:
